        "content": "## Refresh a talent pool every month\n\nKeep one SourceGeek sheet as the talent pool for a role you hire for again and again. On the first of each month this workflow searches for matching candidates and adds only the people the sheet doesn't have yet, then tells Slack how many were new.\n\nIn the **Pool** node, set the search and the id of the pool sheet (open the sheet in SourceGeek, the id is in its link).\n\nCredits: one fast search a month and a profile lookup per new candidate.\n\n### Set up\n1. Install the community node **n8n-nodes-sourcegeek** (Settings → Community nodes).\n2. In SourceGeek, create an API key under Settings → Connected apps → API keys, and add it as a **SourceGeek API** credential. No account yet?
