What will you do?

As a Customer Success Manager Intern, you’ll help our clients get the most out of SourceGeek. You’ll be the first point of contact for our users and ensure they have an outstanding experience with our platform. Your tasks include:

✅ Supporting customers in using our AI-powered platform
✅ Analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements
✅ Setting up and managing customer campaigns within SourceGeek
✅ Contributing to our knowledge base with documentation and support articles
✅ Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to boost customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

🔹 You’re currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Communication, Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
🔹 You have a customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
🔹 Interest in recruitment, SaaS, or AI is a plus
🔹 You’re proactive and comfortable speaking with clients
🔹 You speak and write Dutch and English fluently
