Je Zoho Recruit-pipeline, aangestuurd vanuit de chat
Turn Zoho Recruit's configurable ATS into a conversational hiring desk, without leaving the tools your team already pays for.
Zoho Recruit is the applicant tracking and recruitment system in the Zoho suite, used by corporate HR teams and staffing agencies alike. It covers job openings, candidate and client records, submissions, interviews, and offers, and it is unusually configurable: admins rename modules, add custom ones, define their own candidate statuses, and group those statuses into hiring stages. It runs in isolated data centres per region, which is part of why it is common in organizations with data-residency requirements.
Recruiters publish job openings, parse inbound resumes into candidate records, associate candidates with the roles they are being considered for, and move them through the pipeline as interviews happen. Agency teams additionally track clients and submissions, and lean on Zoho Recruit's own workflow rules and blueprints to enforce a consistent process. Because the field and status model is per-account, most teams end up with a vocabulary that is specific to them.
SourceGeek reads that vocabulary before it acts: it asks Zoho for the account's own modules, fields, picklists, and hiring stages, so it works with your configuration instead of a generic one. From chat your team can search the candidate database in natural language, rediscover past applicants for a newly opened role, associate them with job openings, move statuses on a specific opening, and log notes and resumes back onto the record. Every write is approval-gated and reported honestly — Zoho answers a rejected write with a per-record error inside an HTTP 200, and SourceGeek surfaces that as a failure rather than a silent success.
