Recruiting from Claude: source, score and shortlist without switching tabs
Many recruiters already keep Claude open all day. It writes the job ad, tidies the interview notes and drafts the rejection email nobody wants to write. The one thing it could not do was find the candidates. With the SourceGeek connector, it can.
What changes when SourceGeek is in Claude
SourceGeek brings its recruiting data and your shared workspace into Claude. In the same conversation you can:
- Search candidates, companies and job postings in plain language, across millions of professional profiles.
- Research a person or a company from public LinkedIn data: profile, recent posts, open jobs, headcount growth. SourceGeek only reads; it never sends messages or connection requests.
- Save, score and shortlist. Save a search as a sheet, score it against a job description and turn the top of the list into an evidence-backed shortlist your hiring manager can read.
- Rediscover people your team already knows before you go looking outside.
- Follow your SourceGeek projects, read what each task found, and plan new tasks that SourceGeek runs once you agree.
Everything Claude creates is saved in your SourceGeek workspace, so your team sees the same sheets and shortlists in the SourceGeek app.
A workflow that works well
- Paste the job description and ask Claude to turn it into three must-haves and three nice-to-haves.
- Ask it to find 30 candidates that match and save them as a sheet.
- Ask it to score the sheet against the job description and shortlist the top 10.
- Ask for a personal first message to each of the top five, in your company's tone of voice (SourceGeek keeps your tone of voice in its workspace context).
Claude does the writing; SourceGeek does the finding and the scoring. You stay in one conversation.
