Score my pipeline

Not sure about the candidates you already have? Paste the job and up to ten of them. SourceGeek scores the first four for free and shows why.

What the score means

Read this first: the scorer opens below it. Every score is a percentage match against your job description, judged only on what the candidate's profile or your export says.

  1. 1

    A match, not a ranking

0 to 100 says how close the candidate's experience is to the job you pasted. Two candidates can both score high for different reasons.

  2. 2

    Evidence for every score

Each score comes with a short reason and the strengths and gaps it found: the roles, tasks, tenure, education and skills behind it.

  3. 3

    Conservative on purpose

80 or above means near-identical experience in what the job requires. Experience in another area, or at a clearly lower level, scores low.

  4. 4

    Nothing invented

A requirement counts as missing only when nothing in the profile mentions it. Thin profiles score lower and say what is missing.

How to read it

  • 80 to 100: strong match, worth a call
  • 60 to 79: possible match, check the gaps
  • Below 60: weak match for this job

What you paste is used to score this run. If you sign up within seven days, it is loaded into your new workspace; otherwise it is deleted.
